#weekendworkout

I know I haven't done this before, but since there's so much inactivity that this is simply a post to let you guys know, this place is still alive. Whenever it's revived (looking like Jan right now), I've been thinking of also hosting a monthly podcast featuring tracks posted on here AND more. And a dropbox post will be made soon (I apologize for anyone who's submitted anything semi-recently, but don't worry!).

Enjoy Felix's Cartals NEW bi-monthly podcast, aptly named #weekendworkout.

L'Amour

Sorry for the slow updates/downtime guys, old desktop computer crashed, but I'll be putting up lots of great stuff to make up for it. :)

Venom (Original Mix) - Redial

THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE MUST HAVE, IF YOU'RE DOWNLOADING ANYTHING HERE, IT'S THIS FIRST.

Dead Meat feat Justin Pearson (GTRONIC Remix) - Designer Drugs

Massive kickdrums, killer gnarly rolling synth, and the fashionably abysmal screaming of Justin Pearson combined with the trademark GTRONIC sound makes for a fucking amazing track.

Kung Lao's Theme - Felix Cartal

First track to be posted here off the new Mortal Kombat album (Inspired By The Warriors) is a Felix Cartal classic. Filled with the signature pump of Cartal tracks, it's really a shame none of these are in the finished game.

Reptile's Theme - Skrillex

Latest from the growing producer Skrillex brings a big banger to the table of themes. Arguably the best and definitely the most popular track on the MK album, Skrillex does not disappoint (but really, when does he ever not?).

Liu Kang's Theme - Congorock

Gongs, percussion, background bad-ass melody, the three combination of sounds I just described are a staple of any Congorock track, and this definitely takes the cake.

Baraka's Theme - Run DMT

Produced by somewhat unknown producer Run DMT, this is also arguably one of the more popular ones.

L'Amour - Felix Cartal

L'amour. Love. I love this track. Big, loud, melodic, think La Rock 01 with modern style.
